Since we provide custom digital services and handcrafted code, refunds are applicable only if work has not yet commenced on your project. Once development begins, we provide revision support instead of refunds.
We provide multiple rounds of revisions for every project at no extra cost. If you are not happy with any aspect of the design or functionality, we will revise it.
To request a refund before development starts, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 89440 019XX or email gcsstore@gmail.com with your order reference number. Eligible requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are not applicable once development has started, after final delivery has been made, or when delays are caused by missing client materials such as images, text, or branding assets.
